What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, email address and message, and which piece or artist it is about.

No cookies and no trackers. Fonts and images come from this site itself.

Why

To answer your question and put you in touch with the artist, so the two of you can agree on a sale. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Who sees it

The artist of the piece you ask about. The artists live in Moldova, outside the EU; your message goes there because you ask for it (GDPR art. 49(1)(b)).

Cloudflare, which hosts this site and handles the form, under a data processing agreement.

Nobody else. We don’t sell or pass on your details.

How long

As long as the conversation and any sale take, and at most 12 months after your last message.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how they are used. Write to us through any form on this site and we answer within a month.

You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country, or in Moldova to the CNPDCP (datepersonale.md).
